Debonairs Pizza
People were opening the app and carefully choosing a store that couldn't bring them pizza. I redesigned store selection on an existing ordering platform for one of South Africa's largest fast food chains, working from Hotjar sessions, in-person testing, and twelve mapped use cases. Checkout bounce fell 14.55%.

Thirteen years, two continents, five industries. A quick look at how I actually operate.
I've spent thirteen years in product design, including a year as COO of a software company. I've grown a design function from just me into a team I hired and led, and today I'm the lead designer
on two products.
I build my own things too. A subscription iOS app, shipped solo and live on the App Store. An autonomous system that does monthly client work while I direct the taste. Working with AI daily has taught me its real shape: it overbuilds and underthinks, so someone has to stay in the loop for the leverage to be real.
